A brand new world

I have taken another plunge and left CPA Australia to assume a position with The Mint Group. As far as value propositions go Mint offer more than just the RTO service of my previous employer Performis. Not only embedding trainers into significant hospitality businesses but also we offer job ready staff. My new role offers me a chance to continue my management of people but also lead an entrepreneurial business into new markets. Let's see how it goes!

A new way of working

Our team has undergone its' first day of training to set the scene for them to take up a greater degree of business acumen in their work. The portfolios of resources that they are all responsible has been culled so as to open a bigger space for them to engage in business development. Essentially this means products will be developed that will have a greater popularity among CPA members.
