What we must put in the Toolbox

Had a robust reference Group teleconference yesterday morn with my 6 industry representatives. went in with a preferred position for the content (preferred because we thought the nuts and bolt competencies would be more engaging and interesting to develop). This was blown out of the water by the industry people and good on them - at the end of the day they are the masters of the project and know what is best for the industry. Rolled over like a meek pussycat and we now are ready to rock and roll with these competencies - must make them interesting:

  MEA112A Plan and implement aircraft maintenance activities

  MEA113A Supervise maintenance activities and manage human resources in the workplace
